Since 1992 I have been using a combination of my therapies to alleviate the myriad of health problems that ruin our daily lives. From IBS to Chronic Fatigue, arthritis to long-term injuries. I specialise in finding the root cause of dis-ease, treating the cause and bringing the body back into balance. You are an individual and your problem will be individual to you. Let me help you to feel alive and well again on a one to one basis working to your needs and budget on an integrated health programe.
I trained in dietary healing initially and colonic hydrotherapy. From there I study with a German trained Naturopath specializing in gastrointestinal problems. I also studied with an American Naturopath in endocrinology. This is the study of the pituitary, thyroid, thymus, adrenal and gonads and the release of hormones from these glands and their impact on the brain and nervous system. I then undertook a Naturopathic Degree with the London College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Science.


Other Therapies:

Naturopathy:
This can take from one hour for those people seeking to maintain and improve their health to one and a half hours for those people with specific complaints they require looking at. You will be sent a 15 page questionnaire to fill in which we will go over together during the session.
I can look at all aspects of the body through observation of the person, urine testing and Blood pressure readings. Together we may decide to carry out clinical tests and /or develop a programme to rectify and improve the health. Root causative problems will be our special focus for these sessions.

Nutrition Consultation:
This is given with all treatments based on individuals' personal needs. Should you require only nutritional advice you will complete a 15 page questionnaire to establish your requirements.

Clinical Tests: I am able to carry out or arrange for you to have the following Tests.

Urine Multistix GP test - as your GP would do. Inclusive in the Naturopathy/Nutrition consultation where required.

Blood Pressure. Inclusive in the Naturopathy/ Nutrition consultation where required.

Methatec Urine Test- A German test carried out on the premises to assess Bowel, liver and kidney function.

Hair Mineral Analysis - A Comprehensive Test to establish mineral balance in the body and if any toxic metals are present in the cell. This is a Trace Elements test that I have been working with since 1990. They only assess hair and it gives us an accurate picture of what has been taking place in the body the previous three months before the sampling date. £50.00

Allergy Tests - all though my personal slant on this is that if your allergic to food then the digestive tract is not functioning properly and we need to know why. However it is useful to avoid foods that are upset you during the healing process.

H. Pylori Breath Test - This is more accurate than a blood test as it tells you if you have the fluke and whether it is active or not.

General Body Adjustment:
This is a process that gaps all the numerous diaphragms in the body and stimulates the lymphatic system whilst soothing the sympathetic nervous system thereby allowing the body to natural right itself.
